What this notice is for

A final NPP should explain how PHIGuard uses and discloses information, how individuals can exercise applicable rights, how complaints can be submitted, and how PHIGuard communicates material changes.

Launch checklist for final publication

• Add the final effective date.
• Confirm the legal entity name, mailing address, and privacy contact information.
• Confirm whether PHIGuard will publish the NPP as a standalone notice, customer exhibit, or both.
• Verify the final text against the current Privacy Policy, BAA, and subprocessor list.
